Well Kumamon is the Official mascot Kumamoto Prefecture so I guess you would come across it but there is no way I could eat raw horse meat however pretty it looks Sad

Horse is actually also a traditional meat source in parts of France, but it has fallen out of fashion in recent decades. Not sure if it's eaten sashimi style there, though.

Yes horsemeat is quite popular in France but it is eaten cooked, we only eat it in England when we dont know it is horse meat Happy
