From short snippets available online it seems like there should be pro quality video of the full Sakura-Con show out there somewhere (and soundboard). Anyone know where? Also, what about other 2008 U.S. tour footage (a few low quality ones on YouTube).

Can't seem to find much in the way of live audio from early tours. If you're into U2, almost every show from 1980-81 (way before they were famous) is out there (back when recording gear was relatively primitive). Seems like Scandal should be well documented (somewhere) in the digital age!

No "pro" footage of the entire show has ever been released. Some clips have been shown in past releases (SAKURA Goodbye limited edition) and such, but that's about it. Same goes for the Japan Nite 2008 US tour.

It sounds like you might not be aware of this, but no photos or videos are allowed at concerts in Japan (that's just how it is), which explains why footage from from SCANDAL's early days is few and far between. The only footage that exists is what you can already find on YouTube of their overseas performances in 2008 and when they performed outdoors in Osaka at Osaka Castle Park (AKA Shiroten) in 2007.

Thanks thoseguiltyeyes! Yes, I've seen the YouTube show, it is good stuff but a bit distant. Yes, I knew you couldn't film at Japan lives, but figured the US tour in 2008 would be different (before Sony got involved too). Not much from SXSW in '08 either (which gets filmed a lot!). Too bad. Oh well!
