Just to add my two pennies' worth, Mami sings in Koe and Honn Wo Yomu.

Mami sings solo in what I think is IMO one of the best Scandal songs, Koe.

Rina does a great job in Oyasumi on Hello world.

Wow Mami is really good in Koe, she should sing more often

Don't forget Scandal no Theme. Mami has many vocal parts there.

Also, she sang the second refrain of Kagen no Tsuki.

To avoid any further repeats and confusion, I've made a rough list of songs where RINA OR MAMI have a part they sing solo. Check it out on the first post!

I'll add better formatting, remove errors, and such later.

No one seems to remember the song Happy Collector. Both Mami and Rina have singing parts in it. Well, Rina's part isn't much but wouldn't it still be included in the list.

I really enjoy Mami voice but not so much Rina's, I don't think her voice has something special in the contrary of the others members. That maybe explain why they use a lot of auto-tune parts in Oyasumi and Koi no Hajimari wa Diet (it reminds me the Osaka Concert where you can hear the auto-tune played in the same time Rina was singing the title...)
Moreover, I am more a rock'n'roll type and when I heard Oyasumi or Koi no Hajimari wa Diet, it makes me think directly of a poppy japanese idol singer (it is not pejorative there, it is just not my style )
My favorites Mami songs are: Shoujo S, Koe and Hon wo Yomu!^.^)

P.S I didn't know that there was a Shoujo R song of SCANDAL 

Don't forget that Mami also had a small solo part in Taiyou Scandalous, its at the very beginning right after Haruna sang the very first verse. 
Its the parts when they say
Kagami no naka joudan? -Haruna's part
Toorisugite yuku -Mami's part

Also Mami had solo parts in Alones and Asterisk cover. In Alones she's has a part in 2nd after the first chorus like around 1:46, and in Asterisk she has many parts in the raps, chorus, and verses.
I also believe Rina had a solo part in Asterisk, during the 1st and 2nd chorus...maybe..sounds like her .whistle.
