Starting from this year, 11/11 will be Bass Day!

At J-WAVE「HELLO WORLD」
Emi Okamoto-chan, Negoto's Yuu-chan, Akai Koen's Hikari-chan, and I held a bass girls (B-Girls) discussion.

In the booth next to us we spotted Flower Companyz's bassist, Great Maekawa-san!

Yay! Bass for the win! I always turn the bass boost on for Scandal songs, and it sounds amazing, especially on Runner's High and Haruka, for some reason. Rock on

That one really tiny bassist has an instrument that is almost as big as she is.

Interestingly, last week I started a thread in the music section talking about all the really good female rock bassists that are coming out of Japan right now. Seems like I wasn't the only one to notice....

It's interesting that Yuu might be tiny but she's the only one among the four to play a 5 string bass.
Would be cool if Tomomi could do the same thing.

I am always amazed how many Japanese girls play drums and bass compared to England but I think it is because most Japanese girls learn to play an instrument at school, sadly we dont have that here.
