Here is how you change it:
C:/program files/steam/steamapps/common/left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/sound/music/flu/concert
Rename the first song you want as "midnightride.wav"
Rename the second song as "onebadman.wav"
I believe you have to convert them to .wav for them to actually play properly. I haven't tried other formats, so if anyone wants to, go ahead!

Success and failure though. I got the first part to play being Everybody Say Yeah live (I got my ways lol) and then I pulled SCANDAL Baby live for the second half, but the tempo was extremely fast and not enjoyable.
Edit:
I tired switching up the songs. SCANDAL Baby didn't play, but I got Zetsubou Billy to play for the second half and went at the pace the songs normal plays at.

referring to the recorder you gave me, the sound is way off, do you know how to fix that?

There are 4 songs playing at the concert,but i've changed only the 1st and the 3rd song.Anyone knows how to change the rest?

its under the tank music folder. change the songs midnighttank and onebadtank ^^
