I'm going to have to vote for Mami. Her shirt is really nice, and her pants look comfy. Not to mention, her hair reminds me of the beach. She looks so relaxed so I think she looks the best. I'd vote for Haruna next, though, with Tomo and Rina following. Haruna's hair is wild looking, and she looks so composed...yeah, I like that look. But she's still not relaxed. Timo looks relaxed, but the hat stands out too much for me. While I love the look, in comparison, it doesn't work for me. Rina looks to business-like, and while that can be nice, for here, I don't think it fits. Also, her hair looks a little odd (even though it's straight.) Mami just doesn't look too flashy...Basically, I feel that this album has a relaxed feel to it (looking at cover art and some of the songs), so I think the girls should reflect that...so, yeah. Mami wins for me. .happy.

And uhm...I don't get Mami's pants, recently she has been wearing that kind of lose pants. To be honest, IMO it doesn't look good at all. Is it a trend in Japan now?

MAMI's outfit is a bit better I think, and the rest of her look is perfect for it too.

It's hard to choose. But I will vote for Rina, she's the only one who's wearing heels and looks so elegant.

Voted for Haruna! She looks elegant here especially in the first picture. She have the best hair, best tops and best shoes in that outfit! My second place would go to Tomomi. Cute and simple.

To me Mami is the winner, hands down. She looks completely awesome in that outfit, specially the pants and the shoes, and she stands out more. And her hair is still the coolest thing ever .dies. 

But Tomomi is a close second, I love that hat lol

I would say all of them only if I would not given an option to choose one. Generally, of all color combinations, I really like black and white. But this time, I went for Mami because I really like her frilly, striped blouse which complimented the color of her hair and her loose pants, especially her shoes. I have been a fan of the shoe design for years now and I must say Mami's shoes are a must have. Haha.

haruna looks like a total bad*ss in the first pic so I voter for her. 

I need to say it, I really loooove the Timo's hat *3*
But for the outfit... HARUNA is the beeeeest!!!

I'd have to ultimately vote for Tomomi. 
It's simple and classy while mixing an ordinary T with a tux-like jacket. Of course, the hat also suits her so well, as always. I also love her shoes. 

Mami's style is what I usually go for, comfy and cool. I also love her shirt but I don't think it flatters her body line. I'm no fashion expert but I think it'd look a bit better if she had something tighter on top if she's going to wear those harem pants (which I LOVE). 
Then Haruna and Rina would follow. I like how their clothes really represent themselves. Even though it's in the same concept, it really showcases their personality.
