Oh, just amazing! I watched Pokemon when i was a child. I hope that after this they'll be more famous and maybe they'll come to Europe in future? I hope so!

If you look at their past tie-in songs, all of them have been/will be released on something.

Oh I had the worst week ever, but this brightened my day in such an intense way haha xD

That's awesome!! I like to play the games, but I'm not a big fan of the anime(actually, I've only watched the first generation when I was a kid). I think I'll watch the movie just to listen to this song. *-*

That's only if you watch the Japanese version (subbed?). I don't exactly recall English versions retaining the Japanese OSTs...

I think Mitchan means just a digital song to buy like Secret base was or the ESY remix. Not a full "package" like a single or album is.
But not sure why you would want that unless you are short on money and can't afford a normal single CD?
That's an interesting observation, J-Melo's closing theme will be used from June to September so there is chance it makes it as B-side for Yoake no Ryuuseigun. But we have no other information about it and it's still far away, they could do many many many things with that song and don't "need" to release it on a single. But because of the dates it's fair to assume that this J-Melo project song will surely not be an A-side. Before the Pokemon song announcement we could have specualte about it and think that this project could be a single A-side.
So yes Yoake no Ryuuseigun will surely be the 19th single but SCANDAL can do everything so we will have to wait for more information =P Don't forget last year they released OVERDRIDE only 4 weeks after Kagen. They could release another single a few weeks after Departure and before Yoake no Ryuuseigun.

Of course it will have a PV, this will be the main title of the single. Can you imagine it not having a PV =O?
This time I think there is a (small) chance that we get to see some Pokémon in the PV and not a "normal" SCANDAL PV. Maybe some images from movie edited in? Unless they treat it completely as a normal song like they did for example with Shunkan, HARUKAZE.

Well, having Pokemon on the PV may depend on the song I guess. It'd be fun, but yeah, as far as I know, they all did a "normal" PV with all their anime tie-ins. Haruka had another version of the PV with some scenes from the anime movie. Also, there is a promotional movie for Sengoku Basara (well it's a game, but still) on the DVD edition composed of cutscenes from the game. They may release two versions of the PV or maybe not.

If this Pokemon movie is ever dubbed, at least keep the SCANDAL song untouched pls!
I don't know how stuff is done with internationalized japanese movies are done (I watch them in Japanese) but I hope SCANDAL will reach out to an international audience!

Yeah, I hope so too. If they don't change the theme song, that will mean more exposure to SCANDAL. Please don't change the theme song for goodness' sake!
Upon listening, I feel this song will not be like Rainy. Rainy is heavy, but uplifting. Yoake no Ryuuseigun is very light-hearted, and of course it fits the movie. But of course it's too early to pass judgement. The full version may say a different thing.
On an unrelated note, I want to hug the mega-sized Pikachu.

When I listened few weeks ago, the FIRST OP of Pokemon, I cried... I really cried when I remembered my childhood. Pokemon was my youth too; I wondering about those next generations who will listen to this song and cry when they have grown!
Also, pokemon it's a big deal, It's one of the most viewed animes in the world, that's a huge step for they! Congrats Scandal!
