I can't find it on my preferences panel, you guys are using phpBB software I know for sure that there is a setting/plug-in to do this, so can admin or someone with authority enable it? Thanks.

I'm afraid this is not possible on Forumotion.
The phpBB here is hosted on Forumotion's database, it has it's own settings and plug-ins cannot be added.
