On the next page it says you can buy them from 7/11 or Family Mart from that date

Yeah you'r right but I don't know where you saw you can buy them from 7/11. Live is 6/28 and 6/29 so ...

Last time in Osaka i had bad luck with my Seatnumbers (pretty far away of the Stage).
but if i bid on Tickets where the Seatnumber is revealed i will pay much more i think.

Yeah, tickets without seat numbers are probably going to be cheaper but far from the stage. If you can manage the higher cost I would recommend waiting for seat numbers to be listed.

I might be in Japan from June to July, so yeah, I hope I can get a ticket for the concert.

It depends on which venue you're talking about.

I think you probably could if you were to go to Osaka-Jo Hall, since they sell goods outside and anyone can buy them. They did so for Wonderful Tonight.

However, I don't think you could for Yokohama Arena, since they seem to sell goods inside only. They had done that when I had gone there for Happy Music LIVE 2012.

Do we have more news about the Yokohama Arena Festival concert(s)?

If I remember correctly the speculation about it was that it's a "festival" which means it's a concert with several bands and not a "100% SCANDAL only" concert. And also that SCANDAL won't be able to fill the stadium alone so it's pretty sure they will play with other bands.

But we are 3 months and a half away and it has been announced early December 2013... and unless I missed the information, we have no other news about it and other bands right? Isn't that strange if other bands are supposed to play there too? Wouldn't they release information about it so their fans can buy tickets too?!!

What I mean is, this looks like it's a 100% SCANDAL concert no? With a huge setlist like Budokan-OJH, not like a summer festival and 5-6 songs. I got that impression that this was expected by the fans, a "short"/special concert in Yokohoma and a full SCANDAL concert in OJH.

Hum... Or maybe they will have other bands but more like a small opening act with "new/small/less popular" bands?

I think you're missing the point that band don't always play in venues just because they are sure to sell them all out. if they decided this schedule, I'm pretty sure 1) they're optimist about the sales 2) they wanted to give scandal's popularity a big try.
also the speculation was only fan made because of the title and we already talked about it. wasn't that "festival" could also mean just a "big celebration" because they'll be big shows one after the other? it's still pretty mysterious
if there was other smaller band as opening acts it would had being said for time. the news is kind of old for those surprises.

I never said SCANDAL only plays in venues to have a sold out :/ As I said for now we, as fans, could only speculate about these 2 Yokohoma concerts. But this is what fans do and it's great no?^^

And so far the general trend amongst the fans I think was that they would not be a pure SCANDAL concerts. But to me, just my opinion, with time passing by it's more likely that this will be a 100% SCANDAL concert now.

Because it would be weird for SCANDAL management to announce it 7 months before the concert while others bands wait so long, it wouldn't make sense because this means a bad promo for them. Of course, the concerts are not tomorrow there is still some time.

So while we wait for news, my opinion is that there is a huge probability that the concerts will be SCANDAL only. And yeah the "Festival" like you mentioned would mean "big celebration"/summer concert/etc.

Only other option is that others bands have not yet finalized the details because of contracts problem and that they could still be announced later. But even if that is the case, I don't see a huge and popular band play there, if a huge band/artist would play there they would have promoted it by now.

So I guess... 100% SCANDAL only or smaller bands that share the live (opening act, collaboration, etc).

Again, it depends on the venue. They always start selling them before the live, but they don't always sell them afterwards. It's possible that they might for halls/arenas, since they were still selling whatever goods were left at Wonderful Tonight after it ended.

About the "FESTIVAL" title, I agree with reilachii that it probably means a "celebration" rather than a live with a few other artists.

From what I've seen, it seems like most artists typically play in large Japanese venues by themselves with no other acts. If you play a big venue by yourselves, I think it further cements that you're doing well because everyone who is there is there to see you, and not another act. If you play with other acts, there's always a chance that some people will leave once the other acts are done.

And really, if they haven't announced any info regarding other acts by now, I think it's safe to say that SCANDAL will be the only act playing the YokoAri lives.


Also, regarding the 360° live at OJH, the band will be playing "in-the-round," but not in the way that you'd normally expect.

There are two different sections to choose from: S seats, which are all in front of the stage, and A seats, which are located in the back of the stage. This is an interesting set-up indeed.

That's what I was thinking too, even if we have no confirmation right now if you look at the announcement/timeline it's very likely now that SCANDAL will be alone and that it's their own concert. We have absolutely no contrary information about that except maybe the "Festival" word.

And that is AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWESOME!!!! I mean, it not bad if other bands join them (could still happen!) but in the end a pure SCANDAL concert is MUCH MUCH better for a lot of reasons (longer setlist, 99.99999% sure we get a DVD, all the attention is for the band, they can do exactly what they want, etc).

And you make a good point when you say "it further cements that you're doing well because everyone who is there is there to see you, and not another act". Even though a normal festival with other bands would still have been a wonderful news for the band, making 3 huge 100% SCANDAL concert is much better for them.
